
It All Starts With You.
I am. An affirmation said by many, but fully embodied by few. I am a flower, therefore I must tend to myself as the most beautiful flower to exist. An affirmation my grandmother instilled into my essence in my youth. And in seeing myself this way, I see you too: a beautiful flower, equally deserving of love and the abundance the universe has to offer.
To live is to leave this Earth better than I found it. It means listening to my body, honoring my needs, and giving myself the love I deserve. For me, one of the deepest ways to tend to my own garden has always been yoga. Through this practice, I move with love, spreading it through my existence. So when I leave this Earth, the path I walked will be filled with blossoming flowers, leaving it better than I found it. My intention is that you, too, find this way of blooming.
As a 200-hour certified yoga teacher, I feel called to share this love with those who resonate. I guide students to connect their spirit and inner child to the present moment through love and gratitude. With a playful vinyasa, I invite you to meet yoga for what it truly is: an act of self-love.
I aim to guide you back to yourself, your inner child. To meet, accept, and love every part of who you are. Because if anyone is going to show up to make your life better, it’s you.

Private sessions invite you to reconnect deeply with your body, your breath, and your inner self. Here, you move at your own pace while also committing to your growth, building discipline, and working toward meaningful transformation. Together, through movement, breath work, and a personalized grounding practice, we nurture your inner garden, guiding you to grow stronger in body and mind, more present, and fully connected to the essence that is uniquely yours.
Private Session
Semi-private sessions offer a personal yet shared space to move, breathe, and reconnect with a small, supportive circle. Each session is playfully designed to honor your body, your breath, and your unique needs. You are gently guided to connect with your inner child while cultivating presence, discipline, and steady growth. Through mindful movement, breathwork, and grounding practices, we nurture strength, resilience, and self-love.
Semi-Private Session
Guided yoga sessions for retreats, workshops, corporate wellness days, and special gatherings. Each session honors the group’s energy and intentions, inviting participants to reconnect with their inner child, cultivate self-love, and grow in their own practice.

Kid’s Yoga
Starting with a personalized journal made by me based off of your goals, you will learn how to weave presence, gratitude, and self-love into your daily life. Through a combination of journaling, EFT tapping and guided meditations, we explore practices, and activities that honor your rhythm, your needs, and your unique journey. Giving you the space to consistently come back to yourself.
