Who I Am.
Who I Am
I was born in Caracas, Venezuela, and my life path has carried me across many places, from the US to Romania, each move shaping my perspective and growth for as long as I can remember. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in marketing and fashion. Two years ago, I followed a long-held dream of mine and moved alone from Chicago to Miami, a decision that deepened my independence and self-trust.
I started gymnastics when I was two, and it laid the foundation for the strength and resilience that continues to shape me to this day. A decade ago, when I was running track, yoga entered my life as a way to balance out the miles. This combination is what gravitated me to be the yogi I am today. What began as simple recovery soon revealed itself to be so much more than a “nice stretch.”
Yoga is my grounding practice, always there as a way to step back from the noise of life and reconnect with myself. It offers a sense of presence, both on bright, joyful days and the uncertain ones, always allowing space for gratitude. My passion to teach began as I intimately shared my practice with friends, which eventually has developed into a deep calling, leading me to teach formally.
I am grateful to share this practice with you. As I weave a sense of presence and gratitude for each movement, my hope is that you come to experience yoga for what it truly is and discover your own way of practicing it.
