Pause Retreats
Pause is the result of a journey my mom and I are on together. What started as a fun idea for my mom to share her love for traveling and different cultures, turned into a deeper, more intentional calling after losing my dad to suicide. It became less about traveling to see new places and more about creating space to pause and connect. A space to be fully present, to reconnect with yourself, others, and nature. My mom and I have always shared a love for exploring the world and approaching life with curiosity. Hosting these retreats is our way of sharing the light within ourselves and inviting you to recognize that same light within yourself. What you notice in us is simply the reflection of what you already carry inside. These retreats give you the chance to slow down, remember yourself, and feel and channel the strength that lives within you.
Palomino, Colombia
January 11 - 15, 2026
Our retreat unfolds in Palomino, Colombia: where the sacred Sierra Nevada mountains meet the Caribbean sea. The mountain range is considered by its’ indigenous people to be the “Heart of the World”, Palomino sits on ancient crystal rock and is located at the base of these mountains. It is the point of connection between the spiritual mountain range and the outside world. Here, you are invited to step out of the pace of your everyday life and tune into a rhythm that allows you to slow down, notice yourself, and reconnect with what truly matters. You’ll have the intentional space to start 2026 by finding your inner balance and grow beyond your own limiting beliefs.
Playa Mizata Teotepeque, El Salvador
March 22-26, 2026
El Salvador is a land of contrasts, volcanoes rising above lush jungles, Pacific waves breaking along golden coasts, and quiet corners where you can feel the world slow down. Here, you can step away from the rush of daily life and be fully present with yourself. This is a dedicated time and space to reflect, journal, and move with intention, all while immersed in a landscape that naturally inspires curiosity and awareness. Between the mountains and the ocean, there is a rare opportunity to notice your own strength, embrace your own rhythm, and experience a sense of clarity and renewal that stays with you long after you leave.
